cui fare qualche esercizio di Yoga e andar via pi\u00f9 o meno soddisfatti, ma una Scuola di Yoga. Un luogo per imparare a conoscere Se Stessi attraverso l&#8217;antica Via dello Yoga, un&#8217;Arte sacra che nel corso dei secoli, tramandata da maestro ad allievo, \u00e8 giunta fino a noi. Che privilegio. Bisogna esserne consapevoli, impegnandosi rispettosamente per se stessi e per quelli che ci hanno consentito questo lusso.<br><br><\/p>\n<p>Oltre alla sala per la pratica c&#8217;\u00e8 la sala da th\u00e8: bella e accogliente \u00e8 il luogo ideale in cui rilassarsi, soli o in compagnia, gustando tisane e biscotti biologici. La biblioteca \u00e8 ricca di interessanti testi di varia natura, alcuni consultabili e altri fruibili in prestito.<br>C&#8217;\u00e8 il guardaroba per le vostre borse, indumenti e tappetini personali che, se vorrete, potrete lasciare qui per tutto l&#8217;anno accademico, per trovarli sempre pronti all&#8217;uso a ogni lezione. Ai nuovi iscritti, per il primo mese, verranno forniti anche il tappetino e la coperta.<br>A Panta Rei troverete tutto l&#8217;occorrente per praticare in maniera completa, corretta e progressiva: vari tipi di lezioni adatte a ogni livello, supporti di ogni genere, la competenza dell&#8217;insegnante che continua a seguire fedelmente i suoi Maestri frequentandoli costantemente, la pulizia e la quiete di un ambiente idoneo allo Yoga, creato apposta per Voi. Abbiatene cura per preservarlo e migliorarlo.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p><p>Panta Rei non \u00e8 solo una Scuola di Yoga, ma uno spazio sociale dove condividere esperienze e momenti intensi e di benEssere
